Our Mission & Vision

Caritas Tree Farm, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in Augusta County led by a board of directors. The organization was founded in 2017 by a local family in response to their desire to provide a benefit to the special needs community in the Shenandoah Valley.

Caritas is a choose-and-cut Christmas tree farm with a two-fold mission. First, the farm will provide financial support to other non-profit entities that offer programs for individuals with special needs. Secondly, the farm will be made available for individuals with special needs and their families to experience the workings of a tree farm and to contribute to its operation in various ways.

We look forward to partnering with others throughout the community who share a similar vision of fostering inclusive opportunities for individuals with different abilities!
